Welcome to my blog! 

At this point, it's something of a relic of a bygone era. I was very active on here 2017-2019, posted sporadically in 2020, and then it pretty much faded into irrelevance. But every now and then I attempt to breathe new life into this site. This is my current attempt, however short-lived it may be.

I have to admit, I find it hard to define myself for an 'about' page. Gone are the days when 15-year-old me could easily write 1000+ words about herself for this blog; the older I get, the more I realise it's impossible to sum up a person in a few paragraphs. In any case: hi, I'm Andrea. I'm 21. I'm in my final year of studying creative writing at university. I self-published a short novella back in 2020, but I aspire to publish novels through a publishing house at some point. I like stories about messy people, about flawed people; in other words, about real people. I post about books, about writing, about life, about anything and everything, really.

Life update thingy: my writing isn't going great, but we have snow so never mind

Hey guys... so since I have nothing better to do (wow I sound so passionate about blogging don't I) I've decided to write a sort of life update post! I haven't written a life update in a while... in fact, I know I've been pretty AWOL around here lately, something to do with the small fact that I have zero inspiration for blog posts and even less time to write them. But never mind, I'm here now! And I'm about to treat you all (or torture you) to me rambling about my thoroughly uninteresting life!! Yay!! Well, as you may or may not know, it's been snowing pretty heavily throughout the UK (and most of Europe, actually, as far as I know) this past week, and it snowed where I live! I’m not like other girls. I’m not beautiful, Or clever, Or talented, Or ambitious, Or loyal.
